I. PRIVACY PROTOCOL
OmniDock is a standalone system utility. Our architecture is designed to optimize your hardware efficiency without ever establishing a digital record of your identity or the specific contents of your local storage.
On-Device Processing Mandate
OmniDock identifies and purges redundant APK files, uninstalled application residues, and temporary system caches.
Scoped Access: To perform its core utility, the application requires "All Files Access" (MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE).
Local Compute: Every byte analyzed during a scan is processed exclusively on your physical device. We do not maintain the infrastructure to mirror, upload, or inspect your file names, folder structures, or document contents on any external server.
Technical Telemetry and Third-Party Interfaces
To maintain software stability and measure installation reach, OmniDock interfaces with a limited layer of third-party technical services.
Firebase (Google): We utilize Firebase for real-time crash diagnostics. If OmniDock encounters an error, a pseudonymized technical log (hardware model, OS version, and failure code) is generated to assist our engineers in stabilizing the application.
Attribution & Analytics (e.g., Adjust, AppsFlyer): These frameworks help us understand the commercial origin of an installation. They process technical identifiers such as your Advertising ID (GAID or IDFA).
Isolation Rule: These partners are contractually prohibited from accessing your device storage or correlating technical telemetry with your biological identity.
Legal Grounds for Data Handling
Our limited interaction with technical metadata is conducted under the following legal frameworks:
Contractual Necessity: Providing the storage analysis and cleanup services you have requested.
Legitimate Interests: Utilizing pseudonymized technical IDs to defend against network fraud and to ensure software performance across various hardware profiles.
Your Rights of Data Sovereignty
OmniDock recognizes your absolute authority over your information through the following rights:
Right of Knowledge (Sharing & Selling): You have the right to receive confirmation that OmniDock does not, and will never, sell your personal data. Sharing is strictly limited to the technical partners listed in Section 2 for operational health.
Right of Access & Rectification: You may request access to, or the correction of, any inaccurate or incomplete technical data held by us or our telemetry partners.
Right to Erasure (Deletion): You can request the total deletion of your data. Deleting the OmniDock app immediately purges all local scan history. For technical logs held by partners, our DPO can facilitate a purge request.
Right to Lodge a Complaint: You are explicitly entitled to contact a regulatory authority or data protection supervisor in your jurisdiction if you believe our data handling violates legal mandates.
Retention Protocols: Timing and Context
Local Operational Data: Information regarding redundant files is ephemeral; it exists in volatile memory only during an active session and is cleared upon task completion.
Technical Telemetry: Non-identifiable data held by third-party partners is retained for the minimum period required for aggregate performance reporting—typically 12 to 24 months—before being permanently anonymized.
Choice and Non-Participation (Opt-Out)
Blocking Data Sale/Sharing: While we do not "sell" data, you can prevent technical sharing by enabling "Limit Ad Tracking" (iOS) or "Opt out of Ads Personalization" (Android) within your system settings.
Permission Control: You may revoke storage access at any time through your device settings, which will instantly terminate all application functionality.
Governance and Data Protection Officer (DPO)
We have appointed a DPO to safeguard our privacy standards and respond to user inquiries.
DPO Name: Julian Vane

II. END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
Grant of License
OmniDock grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the software on a single device for your personal maintenance, subject to your compliance with these terms.
Usage Restrictions
By utilizing OmniDock, you agree not to:
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or derive the source code of the scanning logic.
- Use the application to intentionally interfere with system-critical files required for device stability.
- Modify, redistribute, or commercially exploit the software in any form.
Intellectual Property
The OmniDock name, branding, and proprietary algorithms remain the exclusive property of the developer. No ownership rights are transferred under this license.
Disclaimer of Warranty
OmniDock is provided "AS IS." While we strive for absolute precision, we do not warrant that the application will identify every piece of redundant data or remain entirely free from technical errors. Users are responsible for reviewing items flagged for removal before confirming deletion.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OmniDock and its creators shall not be liable for any accidental loss of data, performance issues, or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the software.
Termination
This agreement is effective until terminated by you (via uninstallation) or by us. We reserve the right to revoke your license immediately if you violate any terms of this EULA.
